Junaedi Monitors Stunted Toddlers on Pari Island

Seribu Islands Regent, Junaedi is back in the field monitoring the condition of stunting toddlers door to door on Pari Island, North Seribu Islands.

This is a form of the government's seriousness in paying attention to stunting cases

According to him, today's monitoring was devoted to ascertaining the condition of stunted toddlers on Pari Island, which had recorded seven children.

It was at the same time to record and identify the number of children under five, thus their condition could be monitored from the start

"This is a form of the government's seriousness in paying attention to stunting cases that still exist in Seribu Islands," he expressed, Thursday (8/31).

From the visit results, it was found that several stunted toddlers seemed to have improved and were healthy. However, there were still toddlers who were indicated to be stunted.

"There was a little assistance in the form of milk and rice. Hopefully, with this stimulus, they will return to health and the Seribu Islands will be free from stunting," he hoped.

The Seribu Islands Regent's visit received a positive response from Rohayati (34), a resident of RT 04/04 Pari Island. In this activity, Afizah Ghania Balqis, whose child was diagnosed with stunting, received rice and milk assistance.

"Thank God, we're happy. Hopefully, with this help, my child will quickly return to health," she hoped.

The same statement also came from Ningsih (36), a resident of RT 01/04 Pari Island. The mother of Lukman Hakim was grateful that her child, who has indications of stunting is being cared for by the government.

"Thank you very much, Mr. Regent, for your attention. We hope our child will return to health quickly," she stated.
